Terms & Agreement By booking and staying at Coal Miners Hideout, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Guest Agreement & Acknowledgment I understand and agree that: I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of all guests in my party during our stay. I will follow all property rules, posted guidelines, and applicable local laws at all times. I understand this is a mountain property and outdoor environment, which may include uneven terrain, wildlife, and limited cell service. I accept full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during my stay. I agree to use all amenities, including decks, fire areas, and outdoor spaces, at my own risk. I understand that ATV/UTV riding and trail access are separate activities that carry inherent risks, and I assume full responsibility when participating. I will respect the property, surrounding area, and neighbors, and leave the home in good condition. I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees or termination of my stay without refund.
